Professionalism is our hallmark. We are committed to leadership and people issues. Leadership and self-development is our passion!

People just need to let God be God and be totally honest. This will solve a lot of *self-inflicted* problems.

Some may say that we are arrogant. We say 'slightly opinionated'. You say tomato, we say to-ma-to. We like to keep it real. Most people have a problem with that, nowadays. If you are looking for a warm fuzzy feeling, we suggest talking to your Pastor or other church leader. Everyone else interested in leadership topics and the tough decisions that go along with them, can check in here. We have over 30 years of personal and professional experience in this area. The meek need not apply since someone has to do the tough jobs concerning ministry and leadership :)
